From Weddings to Commercial Work to Corporate Events and Headshots, our studio is thrilled to handle any assignment. Chris and Andrea started 'Chris Schmitt Photography' in 2001.  Over the years they have built a recognizable brand and reputation in the wedding industry.

In 2014 they opened 805 Studios as their portrait studio in Moorpark CA. They wanted to build the photo community in the area, so they opened their studio to other professional photographers, videographers and filmmakers as the premiere rental studio in Ventura county.

WEDDINGS: Andrea and Chris are husband and wife wedding photographers who photograph weddings from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara county. They also specialize in photographing Destination Weddings worldwide. They have had the pleasure of covering  over 50 destination weddings including Italy, Hawaii, St. Lucia, Cabo, Cancun, Australia, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. 

Their studio is best known for creating stunning portraits that have that extra 'Wow Factor'. Their photojournalistic style of wedding photography is also perfect for capturing real candids of friends and family having a great time throughout the day.

EVENTS: Andrea Schmitt heads our events dept. and we photograph over 30 corporate events each year. Our clients include Disney, EQCA, Tourism Australia, Oscar Shorts Awards, Malibu Family Wines, Los Angeles Magazine, Capitol Records, Pensado Awards, Bloomingdales, Intelliroll, Boys and Girls Club, Zynger Events, Sequoia Events, and many more.

HEADSHOTS: Our studio specializes in corporate headshots and we have a beautiful 2200 sq ft. portrait studio in Moorpark CA. We also have an on-location headshot operation where we conveniently come to the business to set up, and take care of the entire staff in just a few hours. FAMILY PORTRAITS: Children and Family Portraits are some of the most fun to do. We love going to a park or the beach and letting the kids play in a natural environment and capturing the fun. For more traditional portraiture, we also photograph many families in our portrait studio in Moorpark.
