Most events we photograph are unique and have different requirements for photography, such as the number of photographers, or types of lighting needed.  Therefore our listed pricing below should be considered as a general guideline and is subject to change based on the particular needs of your event. 1/2 Day Event Photography

  • One (1) event photographer.

  • Up to four (4) hours full coverage

Full Day Event Photography

  • One (1) event photographer.

  • Up to Eight (8) hours continuous photographic coverage.

  • Travel  included up to 25 miles

  • Extensive Image postproduction work.

  • Online image gallery & delivery platform.

Add 2nd Photographer for more extensive coverage for $250/hr

FAQ's

Do you have hourly rates?


For smaller events less than 4 hrs, we do offer an hourly rate of $350/hr




Will you be the primary photographer?


It depends on our schedule. Chris will always be the primary photographer when available. When Chris is not available you will be paired with another member of our team to photograph your event.




Do you shoot Red Carpet and Candids and Decor Details?


Yes! We shoot it all...From Red Carpet to Candids to all the many event details that make the event unique. If you would like to provide us with a specific shot list, we can be sure to cover all your photo requests and much more.




Do we get the digital images?


Yes, our standard event coverage comes with the digital files included. We will color correct the images before delivery.




Can you also shoot headshots of our staff at our event?


Yes. We can bring a mobile studio to photograph your employees profile images while onsite. Contact us for a custom quote.




Can we add an extra photographer?


Yes of course! We are happy to put a team of photographers together to meet your imaging needs.




What is your turn around time to deliver the files?


For 1/2 day events the turn around is 24 hrs. For Full day Events, the turn around time is 48 hrs *We do offer a Rush Sneak Peek Social Media Gallery for $100 which contains 50 color corrected and enhanced images. This is delievered within12 hrs after the event.
